Job Description:
Unified Serve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced RCM Specialist to join our growing healthcare BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end revenue cycle process, ensuring timely reimbursements, minimizing denials, and optimizing overall financial performance for our healthcare clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process from patient registration to final payment
- Handle medical billing, coding review, charge entry, and claims submission
- Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve claim denials and rejections
- Work on AR (Accounts Receivable) follow-ups and aging reports
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better revenue outcomes
- Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 1–4+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing
- Strong knowledge of billing systems, CPT/ICD coding, and insurance processes
- Experience with denial management and AR follow-ups
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
